What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay and ACH/Wire Transfer. This flexibility ensures that you can choose the most convenient option for you. We do not charge credit card fees or ACH fees.
What is our refund policy?
Events must be paid for in full prior to the event. If you need to cancel 7-14 days in advance, we will refund any equipment rentals that were not outsourced and technician or labor fees. If within 1-7 days, we will not refund outsourced rentals, technicians, and will refund 50% of the equipment rentals. If within 24 hours, the entire event is non-refundable.
