Frequently asked questions
When should we book our AV and lighting production for a year-end corporate holiday party?
Peak winter event season in Utah (late November through December) fills up quickly. We recommend securing your production team 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for prime Thursday and Friday evening dates in Salt Lake City and Park City.
Can you work with our venue’s existing AV setup, or do you provide full production?
We offer both full turnkey production and hybrid integration. Whether your venue has zero technical capabilities or built-in house sound, we bring in high-end speakers, custom staging, pin-spotting, and draped backdrops to ensure consistent quality throughout the space.
We are planning a large award ceremony and speeches. How do you prevent audio issues like feedback?
Our team designs distributed audio systems tailored to your venue’s acoustics, ensuring clear sound at comfortable volumes in every corner of the room. We provide professional wireless microphones, handhelds or lapels, and dedicated onsite sound engineers to monitor levels continuously during your presentations.
Can you incorporate our corporate branding into the event decor and lighting?
Yes. We offer custom gobo projection (displaying your company logo on walls or dance floors), brand-matched uplighting, and custom marquee letters. We can also integrate your brand colors into balloon installations and stage backdrops.
What happens if our event program schedule runs over or changes on the night of the event?
Your dedicated onsite technician stays through the entire event to handle run-of-show adjustments in real time. If speeches run long or your DJ needs to extend performance time, our team seamlessly coordinates lighting cues and audio transitions without disruption.
What are some unique ideas for a memorable year-end holiday party or themed event?
Popular corporate holiday party ideas include transforming your venue into a warm winter wonderland using custom ambient uplighting, twinkle light canopies, and lush drapery. You can also feature interactive elements like glowing marquee letter photo backdrops (e.g., "CHEERS" or year numbers), balloon arches, and custom logo gobo projections on the dance floor. For non-winter events, consider a spooky Halloween light show with atmospheric haze or an outdoor summer terrace mixer complete with overhead bistro lighting and a high-end sound system for live entertainment.
