Venue: Salt Lake Ballroom
at Hyatt Regency Downtown Salt Lake City

Managing high-stakes general sessions demands flawless execution, seamless transitions, and a complete aesthetic transformation of the Salt Lake Ballroom. For Kleo Unite at the Hyatt Regency Downtown SLC, our production team provided full-scale AV and scenic engineering—anchoring the room with a crisp white stage carpet, elegant ivory furnishings, a custom-wrapped vinyl podium, and full white velour stage draping.

To elevate the visual experience, we paired high-lumen laser projection and dual 7x13 fast-fold screens with custom-designed ambient lighting, using Nanlite Pavo Tubes, moving head gobos, and warm stage washes. Behind the scenes, our engineers delivered crystal-clear line-array audio, dedicated presentation and slide-advancer systems, PTZ livestream camera feeds, and a full Clear-Com setup, ensuring the keynote delivered maximum impact without a single technical friction point.

For the USA Destination Event in the Bald Mountain Room at Silver Lake Lodge at Deer Valley Resort, our production team provided full technical and staging execution to bring the client’s vision to life.

To complement the event planning team’s striking blue and copper aesthetic, we installed custom terracotta stage draping and precision-hung custom event banners and branded content throughout the space. Our pre-production team worked on-site to build a live slideshow on the spot for a seamless main-stage presentation, matching the energy of the surrounding activities—which featured live owl encounters, custom hat and leather belt branding, and a beautiful custom photo backdrop out on the deck.
